Perhaps you are now working harder/pushing yourself more? I mean, sweating is our body's way of cooling itself, so that would make sense? I think? haha Just throwing that idea out there. I have been a sweaty betty since middle school (I am in my 30s). I've come to terms with the fact that I am a sweaty beast. :)

Not you too! We must find a cure. Perhaps start an organization for the cure!

I think my definition of old changes as I get older. For instance, when I was in my twenties and a 40-something guy hit on me, I would think it was gross and he was way old. Now, in my 30s, 40s don't seem old to me at all! Regardless, I agree with your husband. You obviously look great and must take care of yourself, or…

Great work!! You look fantastic!

I am attempting to eat cleaner... but in actuality I eat a lot of processed food. Yet, I have still lost almost 20lbs in a month.

Personally, I started with MFP because I wanted friends on here! I love my MFP! They are funny, dirty-minded, and (most importantly) supportive! My kind of people!

I have an Enell (just one because they are pricey), but it WORKS. The girls STAY PUT! HALLELUJAH! I'm always tempted to buy cheap(er) sports bras, but when I do, they just don't do the job!

Good for you for nursing! Definitely make sure you are eating enough - i think there is a way to log breastfeeding to give yourself more than your usual calories. My suggestion would be not to aim for less than the amount of calories given. You're feeding yourself and your little one and have to compensate for that.

Hi! I'm 31 - a mom as well - and need to lose more than 100! Feel free to add me!

You definitely need to eat more. If you net less than 1200 calories, your body goes into starvation mode. Your body won't be able to complete basic functions (like growing hair, digesting food, etc) if you are only consuming 50 NET calories.

I would say try eating a bit more - especially protein or whole grains. They stick with you longer than other things

I know someone who had a tummy tuck after losing 75lbs. A portion was covered by insurance, but ONLY because she was always fighting fungal infections where the skin was hanging over. Even then, it was a fight.
