Definitely. What others said - listen to your body and go with what works for you (We're all different). WIth that said, HIIT and lifting heavy is working great for me! I also swim and do other cardio. I try to lift 3x/week, and some form of cardio every day. Good luck!!

WINE! I prefer chardonnay or pinot noir. I may have had two glasses while cooking dinner last night... and yes, wine made it into the dish I was cooking as well.

Yes. I don't LIKE it, but I do it. Mostly because I have two little kids (under age 5), and if I don't shower at the gym while they are at the play place, it's not likely to happen until they go to bed.

When I first started, I went by the default macros from MFP. I have since changed them to meet my personal needs (mostly increasing protein). This is just what seems to work best for me - play around with the ratios and see what works best for you.

I just bought vanilla Pure Protein in a can - I have been adding some PB2 (powdered peanut butter) to make it like a peanut butter shake. It's PRETTY tasty.

I did WW in the past and had great success. Now, with counting calories, I find it easier. The only thing I will warn you of is this: get out of the WW mentality of "free" foods. You need to log those veggies and fruits!

The only thing I ever wear to the gym (and only sometimes) is mascara. The ladies that really kill me are the ones that come to AQUA BOOTCAMP with full makeup and hair. WTF is that?
