hey @ tamara124 I am doing serious yoga class 4x a week + on the - 2 lbs a week level MFP proscribed.... I think I may have gained weight this week but 3 different folks asked me this weekend if I had lost weight! calves are sore - ok here we go!

Count me in! I started Sat - so today is day 3 did it late night last night - post game..... ug main thing that is sore is my calf muscles..... I think the floor is too hard.... hmmmm thanks for setting this up!

indeed - I have been using the MFP calculations - they seem a bit low for the yoga I do... (90 minutes of walking the dog at 3mph is listed at 455 - this is much more exercise then that) my concern is only that I don't want to be creating a big deficit - and getting things mucked up that way so I'll just use the MPF #s....…
