  • ok still repeating but getting closer - 1st 3 sets no pause in the middle but by last set was still toast still repeating week 4 day 2x4 25/29/25/25/36 - 140 situps 427 test day 200 sit ups done restarting week 4 3500 total to date. froeschli welcome!

  • ok week 3 HANG TIGHT! Ladies - where are ya at - don't bail now! Week 3 Push ups day 1 - 14/18/14/14/20 - 80 (plus my 7yo kiddo sat on me for 11 after dinner - yeowch!) Sit ups day 1 - 54/60/45/36/80 - 275 see ya wednesday!
  • tested too ug 35 pushups though! already over 200 situps now nice to see a difference already keep it up gang we can do this!

  • I have the same question - I have lost 20lbs since Jan 1 (MFP set up to loose 2lbs per week) MFP says to eat 1320 which i do and my exercise as well according to this site my BMR is 3183 MFP says my BMR 1,910 but based on this post i am concerned that I am harming my self inadvertently...…

  • given your pic i would use this (lol) map my dog walk free calculates distance, time and calories based on your personal stats can save your walks highly rated and seems to work better then some of the others I used it for the first time yesterday seemed great and no dog required :)
