It was 5 minimum! I could barely get out the 5th one!
@healthbunny and Enduro T, how are you able to do more than the minimum at the end?0 -
reeds1108 how many did you do in the test? I think part of it was that I had never attempted push-ups before but once I started doing them I found it easier because I do a lot of strength training and yoga. Plus I would have stopped at 8 if I didn't have competition!!!!0

Did mine today after my workout, massive difference not in a good way!!!! Really struggled to get 6!!!

I duno, this is really starting to get difficult. My minimum was suppose to be 32 on the last set but just couldn't get there. I also failed the minimum on my last set of day 3 last week.
