    I was going to start this a bit later but I thought I might as well jump on this with you to keep me motivated! Just done the test; I did 3 proper push-up with good form and then it went downhill!

    I'm with you guys, but since I did the test today, I'll do the day one tomorrow. Next week I'll try to get the MWF plan going. They suggest I start on week 3 (I did 40 during my test).

    Great job reeds! If it gets to be too much, repeat the last workout you did as many times as you need to. But you will surprise yourself if you keep with it!

    I was very surprised that I was able to do this many due to the fact that it was such a struggle on day 1. :) (day 2 was pretty tough, but I will push on and see if I can surprise myself on day 3!)

    Right that killed me but I was not going to do less! Thanks for the motivation EnduroT, think I would be lazy otherwise and stop at 8! Bring on week 2!!!

    You all are doing great! I didn't reach the minimum on my last set, but I'll try to move on and see how that goes.

    It was 5 minimum! I could barely get out the 5th one!

    @healthbunny and Enduro T, how are you able to do more than the minimum at the end?
  • reeds1108 how many did you do in the test? I think part of it was that I had never attempted push-ups before but once I started doing them I found it easier because I do a lot of strength training and yoga. Plus I would have stopped at 8 if I didn't have competition!!!!
