I recently found out that doing any exercises that make your stomach poke out when you have diastasis recti can make it worse! These muscles need to be repaired first.
I have diastasis recti and I am working on repairing this with some ab rehab...hoping it works. So I won't being doing push-ups for now.0 -

Jealous of anyone who is still doing this. My wrist is still in terrible shape, holding off on the doctor still though. Have a race in a few weeks and worst case don't want a cast before then
