I duno, this is really starting to get difficult. My minimum was suppose to be 32 on the last set but just couldn't get there. I also failed the minimum on my last set of day 3 last week.

Behind. Pinched nerve in my elbow gave me problems so didn't do them until yesterday. And then after a 30 mile bike ride, so upper body was already tired.

You all are doing great! I'm out for now ... I've been sick. I'm also finding it hard to do the pushups on the same day as my circuit training. And since pushups are part of my Monday routine, I don't want to be doing them on Tuesday as well.
Anyway, I'm going to continue to watch you guys progress into the 100 mark! I know you can all do it!!0 -

I am having to take small pauses too - all over the place -
sit ups are great but can't do the reps on push up with out a couple of breaths worth of pause...
does that mean we are supposed to repeat?

Sorry guys, i'll be back this Tuesday! I hurt my shoulder at the gym last Monday, I tried to do my push-ups on Monday night but it hurt so bad!!! Feeling less sore now!0

Wrist is still in too much pain from a bike crash over the weekend, waiting for healing, don't think it would support my weight.

Attempted mine on Tuesday, couldn't do them. I'm going to have to leave this for now to recover, i've had to swap my training to cardio and leg strength training0

Dancerman I guess it's up to you.... I like to repeat if I have pauses. I don't want to move on to the next until I can master the day I'm on.
Today was week 3 - day 1
this seems to me to be a big jump from week 2 - day 3 I struggled big time today...will definitely be repeating on Friday!
10/12/5/5/9 pauses a few times and I need to be going a little lower for each rep...

I finished today but with a lot of pauses
and next day is set to go up another 20
can't imagine how I would do that!
so I will wash rinse repeat and see how that goes...

so I have started trying to do the 1st half of each rep as bicycle sit ups

I made it all the way through without any pause!! Yay! But I am still going to repeat it again due the fact that I think I need to go lower on each rep!0 -
