You should always track anything you eat that has any caloric value. I have noticed that people dont add them, then at the end of the week when they weigh in they are all confused when the didnt lose as much as they thought. And like you said they do add up

Nothing! I realize that I am human and make mistakes. As long as a bad day doesnt turn into a bad week or month I feel ok. Sometimes a bad day makes me more aware of what I need to continue to work on.

I would try some green tea during the day and at night before you go to bed have some "sleepy time" tea. My husband has the say problem. He usually has a giant mug of green tea during the day, then at night about and hour before he goes to bed he has some sleepy tea.

I log my weight on here every Friday night. I found that weighing myself at night helps me get a general idea of how I am doing. I used to weigh myself in the morning but found that I actually weigh more in the morning due to my body keeping water in and such. Its also helps me stay focused for the weekend ahead of me.
