Your body is storing water due to the amount of sodium in your body. It fears it wont have enough so it hold on to it. I agree with the amount of salt you are eating and with the increase in exercise you are absolutely retaining water. Our bodies only need so much salt. You are going to have to decrease the salt and increase the water. That much sodium is EXTREMELY bad for you!!!

Walking is a "full body" workout.. What you might be have is a little water retention from upping your exercise. You shouldnt be having any real muscle build from just doing it for 5 to 6 days. Try increasing your water just a tad. Your muscles will thank you!

I plan on starting mine within the next couple days. I've read that it is supposed to help with fertility too. My husband and I arent trying until probably next year and by then it will be in full effect.

I was on metformin for a bit until I had a period that last over a month. So I'm just trying to tough it. I have been struggling with PCOS for about 6 years now and this is my first attempt to get the weight off. Thanks so much ladies for the advice. Beachbody items such as Insanity and P90 are great! The only problem with this is as she stated she lives in asia and we have not yet opened ourselves to expand anywhere. We are still only distributing to the United States.:grumble:

The best thing about slim in 6 is you go at your own pace. I did the Start it up DVD for a week just to make sure I was ready. If you feel that you are ready to move on then do so. Try upping your calories for a bit and then slowly bring them back down. Sometimes you have to "shock" your body. I try having a day where i go over my calories even if its only by 100. I do this once week and have seen a steady loss. It keeps your body guessing.
