Hey, good luck. I tried to do the whole 30ds but I couldnt make it past day 10 :( Still do it every other day though and i've started seeing some serious toning going on! x

I'd recommed Polar it was £60 from Amazon for the strap and monitor which tbh i thought was a bit overpriced, but is has yet to dissapoint me, it's got all the cool programming so you can accuratly see what youre burning and the strap is very comfy and completly unnoticeable under clothing! So i'd say it was worth it.

The herbal tea i drink is supposedly rich in antioxidants. I bought it as an alternative to fizzy drinks and to stop the cravings after meals. I've read the label and it's just green tea with fruit! Cant be bad!!

Try drinking energy drinks which contain "electrolites" That seemed to help me x

Agreed. Since your BMI is already really low the only way to lose more weight would probably be you starving yourself and ending up with an eating disorder...... not too clever. Just accept that this is the way your body has to be if you want to be healthy x

I think HRMs are only accurate if you start them directly before you start exercising and stop it exactly when you finish, because it's in addition to the 1500 ish cals you burn every day from being alive anyway.

Use two 400g tins of food instead of the weights, until the aching has passed. After day 4 there is no pain after the workout :D

I don't know if it's the same for anyone else, but i find if i over indulge one day then i find it MUCH harder to stick to my calories for the next 2-3 days :( It dosnt benefit me at all!

I'm 5'5 and 139lbs and I burnt 241 calories today according to my new HRM with an average heart rate of 157bpm (on day 6) :)

I'm on day 4 of "Jillian Michaels 30 day shred", and already I would reccomend it! Just 20 minutes a day and I can already feel an improvement with my stamina and strength! Although the fist few days are quite painful.....

YES YES YES Zumba is definatly the best execise class for the money you pay! Mine is £4 for an hour and i've never found anything quite so addictlive!! I've read somewhere that it burns 600cals+ per hour too

There are wraps for 100 in the shops but there about the size of my hand lol

Just take a variety of sizes into the changing rooms then you can find which bra fits the best! I always take at least 3 different sizes in with me as every shop (and bra style) is totally different! Right now i'm wearing a 34 DD but i have a bra thats a 32C which also fits perfectly o.o

But your body burns fat faster than calories... and plus theres no bloated feeling

my wraps say they are 190cals each

fat content is irrelevent as you'd still weigh the same after eating 1000cals or fat or 1000cals or carbs

but a wrap has the same calories as bread.... well at least the ones we have at home are :/ I wish i could cut out most of my carbs but i tend to get dizzy/lightheaded and irritable if i dont eat them often :(

I only exercise after 6pm as i've heard that your body burns more fat after a workout if you go to bed and sleep afterwards :)

No just the fish itself. Just brown wholemeal bread (supposedly healthy) Low fat vegetable spread (also supposedly healthy) and just 2 ham slices at 33cals each

I have the same problem, you can do things like instead of getting the fries just have boiled potaoes or even salad, and if you're at a restaurant that makes everything themselves you can ask for a half portion for half the price! So you still have the greatness of steak and fries but instead of 1000 calories you can get…

Sugar free jelly/ice lollys/lollypops tend to help if you just feel the urge to have something in your mouth. Or get out of the house go for an hours walk or take a class (i've just started Zumba on Wednesday evenings) Youre too tired to even think about food when you get back! Or if you can't get out the house try…
