My muscles were in agony for the first 3 days, but i decided to push through, if you want the fast results then you should defiantly stick to it for the recommended 30 days. If you just want to use the dvd for just a quick cardio workout then just wait until your muscles are less sore and continue to use it consistently…

Exercise and lots of water :) and make sure you plan out your daily food in advance so you know you wont make a bad choice when it comes to mealtimes x

I use Alpro, it has less calories than in skimmed milk, tastes great and has added vits and mins so i can't see a reason not to switch tbh! I love it! :D

Cereal bars, UHT bottled shakes (eg: slimfast), dried fruit and nuts in small containers.... can't think of anything else off the top of my head lol

Before i realised how many calories in wine i could get through a whole bottle every two days!! I gave it up completely for about a month, but totally cutting it out it just made me want it more! I still drink (maybe 2-3 glasses a week), but as long as i remain around my calorie goal, it's fine.

yeah i log all my alcohol calories, it just means you have to be a bit more careful what you are eating if you like a good drink like us haha x
