After a looooooong break off of here I am back for the countown to the bikini season! Just 6 weeks to go until I have to reveal all on holiday so I want to be in the best shape of my life! I managed to go from 146/7lbs when i first joined in January 2012 to 116lbs in July 2012! Since then I have gained 10lbs OF MUSCLE :D (there are no extra inches) but i'm determined to shift that little bit of belly fat to reveal the abs I have worked so hard on! This has worked for me before because of the help and support of my friends here but most of them have now left the site so i'm in desperate need of a support network to keep me motivated and also I'm wanting to help with other peoples journeys too! Please add me and join me for sexy-toned-bikini-awesomeness!!!!! x
