Yeah it's not good to chew it if you are acctually hungry, it can make you more hungry due to your body thinking it's getting food and then there are no calories (like with diet drinks) and this is why it makes your belly rumble as it's trying to diegst your saliva (eew), so only chew it when your just trying to combat…

I'd deffo reccomend doing streches before you start the workout, it's probably just a barrier you need to push through, try alternating your days as well, so one day you do the entire workout and then next day just do some strength, until you feel ready to go at it in full again. idk all the sciency benefits, but personally upping my water intake has helped me stop snacking, kept me feeling more alert and awake has just really helped my weight loss. Ive swapped about 80% of my diet drinks to water :)

My thighs have always rubbed together, even though i'm a size 8-10. It's purely down to your body shape/genetics ect. I have very narrow hips so my legs are very close set together, which causes the friction .... grrrr
