does it really matter? if your intake is, lets say, double the recomended daily intake, as long as you are active enough to burn it off.

I Did a google search and tried a couple of BMR/RMR calculators and took and average using RMR which is the calories you need to maintain your body in rest mode IE asleep for 24 hours a day. Any extra activity, counts to weight loss ie lightly active and of course specific excercise.…

Ok from what I have checked out you should be eating around 2200 Kcals a day thats the Rest Metabolic Rate for you age sex and height I would try eating those Kcals a day and try to keep excercise down to no more than 1000 Kcals a day and not eat back any as your BMI is higher than 30 the health risks are greater from…

unfortunety there was no control group or portion size control so they introduce an adjustment factor. by using an adjustment factor it's possible to prove an Elephant can hang off a cliff using it's trunk to hold on to a daisy :-)

cool so regardless of what I eat if I drink enough water it will flush away my obesity! once created fat cells are there till you die their contents are not flushed from our bodies, they are converted into energy which fuels our bodies 24 hours a day the ration of supply is the variant.

Good grief you don't really expect people to research things do you! :-) there is no medical evidence that you must drink 8 8*8oz of pure water a day except of course from those who wish to sell you it :-) it all counts except Alcohol
