Sugar has been my demon as well. I have cut all, except in my morning coffee. But I fight the craving!!!!

I love the android phone app. It really helps me keep track of my calories when I am away from home. Use the tools, they are great.

Welcome from a fellow Texan. My experience is the same. I used this site and injured my leg causing me to have to stop exercise. I gained all my weight back. I just started back 2 weeks ago. You will do great this time. Above all, set your mind to make it happen!!!
