Back on track
Okay...I fell off the wagon a year and 3 months ago. Mainly because I tore a hamstring and could no longer exercise. I have pretty much gained everything back plus a few. Now it is time to get serious again. But I must be careful because of the hamstring that was torn in Sept 2009. I know I can do this.

But in this case.....I will make an exception!!!! :happy: :happy: :happy: Been a while since I have posted anything, but after being on a plateau for a couple of weeks, I had to post. Lost 4 pounds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If your scale gets stuck, don't give up. This too shall pass.

Just wondering if anyone uses Twitter. I can see how this could be useful for motivation and support.
