I say go early if you want to.. But....Why do you feel missing one day will stop you from going back? Taking a break for one day is fine. Just remember. You an appointment with the gym on Monday. Write that down somewhere....put it on your fridge.....bathroom mirror.

Just keep on going. We strive for little gains but you must always keep you eye on the big picture. I had a set back last week. Gained 3 pounds even though I had not changed anything I was doing. Stay the course, run the race, and keep your eye on the finish line. You will make it. :happy:

RATS!!!!! Gained 3 pounds. 229 to 232. Not sure what I did wrong last week. I didn't eat any different. I have been on a pretty intense strength and lifting regiment the past 3 weeks. Well Heck. This Texan learned something new. Good info. I always thought fat weighed more than muscle. But when you put it like 5 pounds equal 5 pounds, I had to slap myself in the forehead and say, DUH!!!!! I am totally cool with fat and muscle weighing the same just as long as I am putting on more muscle and less fat.…
