Just remember. It's okay to carve out a little time for yourself. An hour a day. I know, easier said than done. But it can be done. Get a friends or a family member to help once in a while. Remember.....goals are achieved in segments. A lifetime into decades, decades into years, years into months, months into weeks, weeks into days. The more you segment your goals into small steps, the better chance you will have at achieving what you want. Dave is right. Set out what you want to accomplish each day.

Water is a hard thing for me as well. But I am amazed at how much better I feel properly hydrated. Just keep that water bottle close by.

That is a possibility of course. You do have youth on your side though, which means your skin will probably be more likely to pop back. I am noticing sag around my abdominal area because as a guy, that is where most of my body fat goes and will be the last to come off. Being 50, my skin is much less likely to pop back.…

Welcome and many blessing your way. My sister has had fibromyalgia for 10 years and it caused her to become sedentary. It's important that you eat right. Do lite exercise as much as you can. Swimming was a good suggestion. Snack on raw veggies. :happy:
