Hey all I just moved to the USA and after I got married I've gone Dow hill. When I'm home alone and can't stop eating junk food. I do so well during the day but in the evening I mess up. I don't know what to do :(

Thank you so much. Im trying to be carefully but its so hard. I dont eat carbs at night such as pasta, bread and potatoes.

I use to go 6 times a week but mygym instructor said I wasnt giving my body a rest so now I only got 4 times a week. Ive lost a few pounds but the tummy area is a problem. Any advice

I have the same issue :( But I've been told by my gym instructor that 1200 calories a day isnt enough and I should know increase to at least 1500 a day... I've dropped clothes size and weight but I still have an issue with my stomach. Im worried if I increase my calorie intake I will gain weight. What should I do?

I'm glad I read the information on this thread, I currently don't have scales at home so I normally weigh myself at the gym. I kept feeling down cause I felt I wasn't improving my weight goal.
