So far my first week is on target. I am working out 4 times a week and tracking my calories. I love the mobile app for my iPod. It makes tracking everything so easy. My mini goal is to loose 10 lbs by my bday which is the first week of Feb. I actually feel like I can do this. Thanks for all the support.
