This week so far:
Monday- 26 min of Burn It Off & 20 min of Recharge/380 calories
Total: 46 min/380 calories
Remaining: 314 min/2120 calories0 -

Awesome for the new month! Mostly just bookmarking this, but I plan to do 60 mins. on the elliptical tonight. Maybe if I post it - I'll be more inclined to get up and do it instead of going to bed.0

Tuesday- 61 min zumba = 644 cals burned0 -
Got in a little extra, no car today so i had to walk to the bank instead of drive. Guess its better towards my goal!
Also don't have a HRM, so just logging the cals mfp gives me.
Monday: 58/486
Tuesday: 80/496
Total: 138/9820 -

Tuesday, nada...still feeling like *kitten*...dang cough will just not go away!!!0 -
Monday: 55 min, 380cals
Tuesday: 60min , 357 cals
Wednesday half done: 45min, 340 cals. Will have to add if I do some exercise in the evening, which I am planning to do.0 -
Monday: 95 minutes combined Xfit and walk/905 calories
Tuesday: 0 minutes

...and it is back to attempting to train for the 1/2 marathon...my bf got the job so we get to stay where we are!!!!!0 -

Well.... lets just say I didn't have time for HRM and just categorized it under vigerous cleaning :blushing: Course I think last time we said it should be gymnastics? lol Don't know if I'll add it for this.... unless I'm low by Sunday!0 -
