    Monday: 50 min./ 276 calories ( I did this workout with my boyfriend we just jogged a mile and did some circuit training and I nearly killed him, after I left his house he said his whole body went numb and he called the paramedics, I felt bad!)

    Got a ways to go.. I decided I'm to include the time/cals I burn for work since I put it in as exercise and use it as food back. I'm deffinitly not just standing around.. we "bear claw" buttercream from 30gal containers multiple times a day and I feel a HUGE use in my core.. not to mention our sheet cakes way 20+ lbs.

    I have my Chalean Routine tonight and hope that with the boring day of work ahead of me I can still have energy to go home and workout. Usually work isn't so slow, but for some reason there's not as many patients on my doc's schedule. Oh well, a nice day to not feel like I'm running constantly.
