I did wear my HRM from the time I went for a walk (2 pm) until when I went to bed (11) and it said I burnt 2322 calories!
Anyway - I have a session with my trainer this afternoon, and tomorrow another XFit class - I'll need to find an extra 57 minutes to finish off the minutes!0 -
Finally hopped on the elliptical last night.
Wed - 60 mins on elliptical, 556 calories burned.
I'll still push to get goal when I can. It's doubtful I'll make it at this point, but I will still push. Its better than just giving up.0 -

Well, I just popped my first antibiotic...apparently, I do not have a virus...plan is to hit the goal hard next week

So..... am I allowed to use my work time and cals burned? I only work 2 days a week and it's not in my "settings" for calculating my daily cals... It's pretty strenuous work, but wanted to make sure before using it!0

I would count it if your setting are set for sedentary....maybe just use a max of 2 hours...I'm thinking of doing that for my workdays too

I would add them Jessica. For lightly active I imagine working around the house, cleaning, cooking, playing with the kiddo. I think you are working hard there. If you don't want to overestimate, maybe take off a few hundred cals and add the rest. That way you get most of them, but some of them would be what you normally would be doing.0
