Isolate Whey has like nothing and 30g of protein. Don't buy the expensive ****, its all the same. You shouldn't use shakes to sub out a meal. Only use them for work outs - you can get more **** from just eating food.

lol @ this guy Try not to stuff your face with it. If you have to, go out once every few weeks and enjoy whatever it is you want. I had a 5 layer beefy burrrrito from taco bell last saturday , ice cream cone from tcby, ate some ****ty hamburger for lunch too. **** yeah cheat days.

I just lift x3 a week, walk every other day im not lifting, maybe skip a day or so because **** that. Whatever - just eat under your calorie goal and don't eat big macs all day every day and say HEY im under my goal..whatever

You have to understand that if you are lifting baby weights and not doing ****, you arent going to burn the same amount as someone going hard in the paint. My suggestion - get a arm band or whatever strap **** to put on your body and wear it to find out how hard you are going in the paint.

Your carbs are insanely high for someone trying to lose weight. Try to not eat **** all the time. Eat lean meat more and don't add **** to it. Keep it up but lower your carbs a bit. you are trying to lose weight, not gain.
