I currently run, hike, walk, various bodyweight and kettlebell workouts, and yoga. I've done CrossFit, but the box fees are pricey for me right now. When I find a punching bag, I practice punches and kicks.

My suggestion is make sure you are doing some lower body strength work outs. Squats and lunges are what I do as well as running uphills, downhills, and stair climbing. Running almost 4 miles today. I am proud of this because I have only ran up to 5k in distance before. I was wiped out at the end, but it was worth it.

I am supportive of my friends, but I can be judgemental of strangers. My boyfriend and I are trying to cut back on the judging by challenging each other to think of possible positive traits of the people we see as we go around town. I second the doughnut comment!
