Check their protein and fiber intakes. Thoses two things keep you fuller for longer. You could try upping your protein intake, but do what works for you.

My vet had me change my dog's diet to brown rice with chicken and veggies. Buying the veggies mixed and frozen once every two weeks, and less than a pound of chicken every week and a half. 50 pound bag of brown rice stays over 2 months

So far I have been enjoying the heroics. Some tanks need to realize that they aren't gods and don't chain pull while i am drinking after a boss, but there are the awesome pugs that make up for it.

I am almost to 90. I like taking my time and completing all the quests in a zone before moving on to the next. I may ding today. I also like playing the auction house. What do you think of pet battles?

Do some weightlifting to help tone you as you lose weight so you don't end up with flabby skin! If you can do the weight lifting in a circuit you will burn more calories along the way. Hey! Malozing is actually the name of my troll druid. My main is a troll Shaman. I mostly play her as Elemental or Restoration, but will bust out enhance for 2v2s. I started play a year before Cata came out, so yeah I am a wrath baby.

4-5 days unless you want to count my walking to the train station a mile then to work half a mile. Then it everyday.

You also have to consider your weight at the time. It can affect how much you burn for some exercises.

As your body adjusts to exercises, you tend to burn less the more you are used to the workout. Have you been changing it up from day to day?
