I love cooking and make everything fresh! I follow a meal plan because, lets face it, I am too frickin' busy to figure it ALL out on my own. I use The Fresh 20 if you are interested. Feel free to friend me and we can drool over each others meals :)

oooo oooo oooo!!! I work for Wilton where I developed a doughnut pan about 4 years ago. The recipe has labels for baked doughnuts :) Check it out on Amazon (sorry - shameless plug because the pan and the recipes are AWESOME!)

I find that a BIG glass of water and a protein shake generally helps me after my strength training. I usually do my workouts in the morning and do feel hungrier throughout the day... I try to snack on high protein foods throughout the day to help make up for it.

I just get up and go... I don't give myself time to think about an excuse. I put out my clothes to workout in (if I don't wear them to bed to cheat the system) and also get everything ready for work the next day so I can just go to it. I honestly don't give myself time to feel hungry, and have a protein shake immediately…

I'm not really a morning person, either. Its just the only time I have for myself to workout. And it is COLD in the basement! Alarm goes off at 4:45AM so I am awake enough to do the stairs to the basement without falling on my face :)

Bleh...31... Although I have a theory... I will stop aging if I go on a vacation out of the country every year on my birthday. If I'm not in the country I was born in, it doesn't count... Right???? Or, I guess if It has to count I can at least party it up somewhere tropical!

I have a raisin tummy (as I like to refer to it) at the moment... Just hoping that over time after being stretched out so much my 90 year old chin wrinkles that currently reside on my stomach just above my c-section scar will fade into the background...
