I'm 5'6 and my goal weight is 135. I want to be toned and defined and I think that 135 was the best I ever looked--not too skinny and not too big.

Hi- I do NOT use the calories I've earned from exercising. I think I would just end up maintaining my weight, which is not why I am here. Instead, I just focus on calorie counting and staying within my daily allotment (1200 calories for me) and then adding extra exercise to burn even more calories. I've tried calorie…
