Want to be skinny for my Cruise in Dec!

I always played multiple sports in high school. I went on to play on the collegiate level at Penn State. After two years of collegiate sports I managed to get a back injury. For almost a year I was unable to do any sort of exercise. I basically went from doing intense cardio for two hours five times or more a week to nothing. I was used to eating anything I wanted. It didn't matter because I burned off everything.

I gained a little over 30 lbs really fast. I don't feel like myself anymore because I was always in insane shape and felt comfortable wearing any type of clothing I wanted. Now I find myself covering up with baggy clothes and feeling self conscious. I really want to get back into shape.

I want my self esteem back. I always enjoyed being an athlete. Now that my injury is pretty much getting better I can run and lift again. I want to get healthy and in shape again. I've completely changed the way I eat and now I'm working on watching my calories and getting exercise.
