  • Go under "my goals" and then choose "goals." Change your fiber goal to 25. Then you don't have to worry about the screen display. You WANT to eat fiber! Fiber is good for you! Fiber is essential to healthy weight loss. Without fiber, your intestines won't work properly. Just change the setting, and keep up the good work!
