Hey there!
I hope eveyone is having a great day!
I just got a new I-pod and I am going to load it up with exercise music.
I am looking for up beat music.
Suggestions.
No disco junk or 80's hair music. Music that will keep my feet movin! Newer music....
(I'm really bad with who sings what and names of songs.....)
What are some of your favorites????

I can't believe I am going to admit this, normally I listen to rock and metal, but I listened to the new Eminem CD (Recovery, I think) and it keeps me moving on the treadmil and eliptical. Normally hate rap, but I picked up a friends Ipod instead of mine and it was on there. Don't tell my rocker friends though!!!:laugh:0
