Hey there!
I hope eveyone is having a great day!
I just got a new I-pod and I am going to load it up with exercise music.
I am looking for up beat music.
Suggestions.
No disco junk or 80's hair music. Music that will keep my feet movin! Newer music....
(I'm really bad with who sings what and names of songs.....)
What are some of your favorites????

I can't believe I am going to admit this, normally I listen to rock and metal, but I listened to the new Eminem CD (Recovery, I think) and it keeps me moving on the treadmil and eliptical. Normally hate rap, but I picked up a friends Ipod instead of mine and it was on there. Don't tell my rocker friends though!!!

I know you said new, but I recently discovered on one of my walks that just about the entire No Doubt "Tragic Kingdom" album kicked me into gear all the way up and down the enormous hill I live on top of!

Not really new but I refound Beck (Sexx Laws), Jamiroquai (Canned Heat and Cosmic Girl), Sean Paul (Tempature) and Christina Aguilera's Stripped album really kicked it in for me yesterday.

I like Gwen Stefani for a workout. Nothing like a little "girl power" for a workout!

I also like Superchick and Barlow Girl.

I love the Sweet Dreams remix of Get The Party Started by Pink. I normally HATE remixes but this one is so awsome!

Sweet Dreams by itself is also a great song!

One of the more modern songs that plays FIRST on my playlist is by a group called Paper tounge (i know) lol and the song is called Ride to California. It's just a really upbeat, makes you want to move type of song. Hope it helps ya out. :)
