I can't do VS...they don't carry my size (34E) but I love Intimates...they have a few stores, but I think they're online. They're expensive, but totally worth it!!

I like a Skinny Vanilla Latte or an Iced Carmel Macchiato...I don't get them often, just as treats!

I am so bad if there is junk in my house too!! And I somehow justify eating it all quickly "because then it will just be gone"!! A little cake won't throw you off! Glad you got a little treat!

I love your grandmother.

You better believe when I have the body to be showing off, I will be!! And you all will probably be the first to get the bikini pics, it's called showing off my success!! PS- My Grams is 90, still dating and tells me all the time to push up "the girls"

I was just gonna look at the first page, but, um, I got...um......distracted....

Gotta save this for later!!

I couldn't put my daughter through that, but if she really, really, actually wanted to do it, I would support her and the day she said no, we would stop. But it makes for some great entertainment!!

I tend to count my food high and my exercise low. So, if I have a tablespoon of something, I put in a little over and if I have an hour long DVD that I'm working out with, I'll put in 45 minutes...it seems to all balance!

Of course you can! Like someone pointed out earlier, love is not black and white, there are 100 shades of grey! And people have all kinds of issues that cause, or are linked to causing them, to cheat.

Sitting in an office can be rough, drink lots of water at your desk, it helps keep the cravings for the junk food down!!

Once a week! Monday mornings! That's it...I hate the scale!

Is she eating her exercise calories back? If not, that could contribute to eating to little.

Krav Maga!! Nothing like punching a heavy bag or getting out of a choke hold!!

If you have to ask, you probably already know the answer. Get some help, you'll feel much better after you do. Are you nervous to go get some help? You won't necessarily end up in the hospital, but you will get the help you need to be healthy!

I've seen ranges from 450-750 calories burned during one hour of P90X, I generally track the lower end of it just to be safe...but I too need to get a HRM! There is a P90X Calorie Burner Calculator, but for some reason it's not loading on my computer right now...just google it!

It may not feel great, it will likely sting (sweat, open wound...) but you should be fine. Just be sure to clean it really well after with a very gentle soap and water.

What up North Shore!?! Although debatably E-town, Skokie and Lincolnwood aren't NS! I'm further north, Lake Bluff, but I'd be up for something scheduled!

He'll be 35 this year! And just to be clear, I'm not asking him to change his habits, at all! I don't really care what he eats, it's just compromising so it's not in the house- or it's hidden. And the pizza in the fridge doesn't tempt me AT ALL, it's just the sweets!!
-
I wish...he's been to the doc and had every test possible because I told him he was eating so bad. Body fat, cholesterol, blood pressure, everything normal. :ohwell:
-
So should this be option one or two? Hiding is a good idea, maybe a draw or cabinet that's just his and I just don't go into...with a lock...and an electric current...and a guard dog.

Snickers Brownie. Bad me.....still learning to resist the sweets!!

Personally, I love being sore! It tells me I did a good workout!! But, stretching, drinking lots of water and making sure to get enough protein will help keep the soreness away! I started P90X last week. I have felt it everyday, but again, felt it, not died! In terms of how sore- I can still move the next day and I can…

This just made my afternoon!!

Married almost a year, been together 7.5!

I think I missed the wagon completely for awhile, but I'm back too!! And I'm here to stay this time! Feel free to add me!

It depends on how you're built. Even at my smallest (a good 20 pounds less than I am right now), I've had big girls...I was a D when I was 20 lbs. less, I'm an E now. So, technically they go down, but for me, it's the last thing I lose. And I'm ok with it...

THANK YOU for posting this!! I 100% feel the same way! And the guilt Sunday night/Monday morning is the worst! I wish I had some advice, but I'm just here to commiserate! I'm hoping to try and get into a better routine on the weekends, but it's so hard especially with so many different things each weekend! Can't wait to…
