Theres an app called skimble, they have plenty of workouts on there that you can do with a gym ball. Ive tried a couple, and uou can certainly feel them working. Good luck!

I'm up for this, I managed Saturday and Sunday, then whilst mid workout Monday, I had to quit and run out. Hope to get back on it tonight, although the pain was unbearable and am now only able to work with out. As they saying goes. No Pain No gain
