ARGGG! doing a;; those things! lol

Yep- doing 6 small meals. Lifting 3 times a week. 3 days of cardio alternating. And drinking so much water that i am up and down up to 15 times a day. Sorry if that's TMI!

I'm right on track with all the categories in my summary-except protein, where I'm a little over. I've had plenty of unrefined carbs (which if I go without, is why i'm usually hungry) I have a HRM with a chest strap and always double check the values on MFP. Maybe it's just an adjustment thing. I'm on holidays at the…

I'm getting married in September too! I had been losing weight long before we got engaged, so for me it's not just for the wedding either. It gives me heaps of motivation now though :)

The only thing with the FT4, is that I'm pretty sure it's not coded, so it can pick up other peoples data if they are wearing a HRM too. I have the F7 and it is coded and works really well.

I made a comparison picture form when i started up until now. I look at it regularly. I also kept 1 pair of pants from when i was my biggest and if i get really frustrated, i put them on and realise how far i've come. I also have dress hanging in my bedroom, that doesn't fit yet, but will as I keep working. Also, a friend…

When i first started at the gym, I had no idea how to adjust the seat height on the bike. It was jacked up really high and i'm 5'6. Not wanting to look like I didn't know what i was doing, I jumped up onto the seat but the effort needed to get up, propelled me straight over the other side. I completely fell off the other…

I'm interested to hear what people in the know, have to say here too.

hmmm, my trainer did my BMR and wants me to eat 1500 cals, taking into consideration my exercise. With active selected, MFP suggests I consume 1450. Am I right in thinking this is fairly comparable?

This might help....someone posted it on here the other day :) You just enter your height and goal weight and it will show you pictures of real women with the same numbers. http://www.mybodygallery.com/

Thanks :) I agree. i never seem to stop so I'll stick with and see how i go.

You must be kicking a****. Way to go!

I'm glad you posted this because i am often over with my sugars too. I am finding the same thing with protein too though...can anyone tell me if this is a real problem or not?

Hey! i'm in QLD :)

This whole thread is a little bit funny really. Everyone is talking about how much they don't judge.....except when (insert list of issues). I guess i'm gonna be judged because i like rewarding myself with nice workout gear and come to the gym straight from work and still have a face full of makeup and jewellery (which i…
