Everyone is different..you will need to gauge it for yourself when you are done, after some of my tattoo appts I have been able to work out..and others and I have not been able to until 2nd day after, I have a very large piece and for that one I definately had to skip the same day/next day workout. Just see how you feel…

I have had a few broken toes & I do taekwondo as my main form of exercise. As soon as the pain subsides enough I am back at it, I just buddy tape it. If you don't want to do high impact cardio stuff then try biking, maybe a rowing machine??

lol..me too! lost half a tooth a few weeks ago..and yes I was wearing my mouth guard..but my coaches foot had to show me who is boss..lol. who ever says taekwondo is just tapping for points has no idea what they are talking about..i have seen so many bruises, broken bones, etc..it's crazy!

I don't understand..he said this because your ankle was taped up?? I don't think I have ever been to a competition where I have not seen numerous people competing with ankles, toes etc taped up. We suck it up and compete...he sounds like a real jerk to think it was someone looking for sympathy!

I use Jackie Warner Xtreme Training, p90X, JM 30DS, Billy Blanks taebo (for cardio). Right now my preference is the Jackie Warner..quick workout and I am seeing results in my arms pretty quickly.
