i broke my wrist on friday..so for the immediate time i have to reduce my activity level..any movement even walking around causes pain right now. I have set my carbs/protien/fat to 40/30/30 That is correct right? If so it gives me: Carbs 220g Protien 165g Fat 73g I don't think I have hit my protien goal once at that number. Does it seem high to you?

how slow to increase calories?
I was eating below BMR by approx 100-200 calories..I think it is almost 3 weeks now since I increased my calories to my BMR. I haven't gained but I am maintaining..so I want to increase again. how to weigh pork ribs?
I am not sure how to weigh ribs so that it is the same as what is entered in the MFP food database. Am I weighing the meat & bone, or do I remove the meat from the bones and then weigh? How do I know which way they are calculating it in the database?
