As of today I am down 40 pounds...well on my way to where I want to be!

I dug up some old photos..

Here are some photos from December..I had lost 30 pounds at this point :bigsmile:






and finally here I am today..down 40 pounds!






I have lost the weight by using MFP, counting calories, taekwondo 3 to 4 times a week, having a personal trainer, walking, 30 day shred etc.

Look at you skinny minnie :-) The transformation is amazing. What I noticed too is that the 40lbs you took off, also makes you look a decade younger than you did in 2009! Awesome! Awesome! Awesome! I can't wait till I look 10 years younger :-)
