I am not sure how to weigh ribs so that it is the same as what is entered in the MFP food database.
Am I weighing the meat & bone, or do I remove the meat from the bones and then weigh? How do I know which way they are calculating it in the database?

You weigh what you eat, so that would be without the bone.0

For any meat that has bone in it-I remove the meat protion that I will eat and weigh that.0

Weigh it before it goes on your plate, enjoy the meal, then weigh the remainders (bones, fat and such). Then you know how much you did eat.0
