Should I readjust my TDEE when my shedule changes?

There is the odd time when due to life's commitments I won't get in the same amount of exercise as I normally do.
For instance I may get in only one or two workouts instead of 5. It doesn't happen often, but it does occasionally.
Should I recalculate my TDEE for that scenario and switch my calorie count when a week like that happens..or is it better to keep it consistent and use my normal calculation?

If it's only ever so often, it's not necessary, but the choice is personal. It makes perfect sense to eat less when you know that you're not using up the excess cals through activity, but for simplicity, many just like to remain consistent unless the change will be for a great amount of time..0

Let me tell you I like simplicity...I like to stay at the same amount. To be honest, even when we think we are not doing too much, we are still ripping and running and burning calories...just not necessarily in a gym.
But it is up to you. My mindset is that I want my body to know it will be fueled at all times, so I eat the same amount everyday.0 -
thanks! I like simplicity too..so I think I will just stick with the same numbers :bigsmile:0
