i broke my wrist on friday..so for the immediate time i have to reduce my activity level..any movement even walking around causes pain right now. Should i just calculate maitenance cals for being sedentary or lightly active? I'm not lying around all day but i'm for sure not doing a lot. What would you do?

Not happy about this..i was highly active (7+ hours exercise a week) and was just settling into my tdee -20% of about 2300. Going to be a struggle to eat less

I'll start doing more as soon as i am able too.

Oh no, so sorry to read you got injured.
I would suggest to adapt your cals to your activity. Lightly active would probably be it.
Maybe make the cut smaller though or et at TDEE until your body healed
