Got my 30/30/30 done today..25 of my push ups were regular but I just could not bust out those 5 so I went to my knee's..that WILL improve:bigsmile: Have a great day everyone & high 5 for getting your challenge exercises done!

What a great challenge..I am in in in!! Starting tomorrow though cause I am already tucked into bed for the night:bigsmile: so I guess it will be more like: 30 squats 30 push ups 30 crunchs for 30 days..I will carry it into June since I am starting a day late!

lol..spaz..that would describe how i looked..haha!:bigsmile: The dvd I have he does go over the combonations a couple times before going into them full speed..but i can tell it is going to take a while before I am catching on..although I do have a few of them figured out now!

Good for you & sticking with it..I bet your kids are just proud of their Mom!! I think it is fabulous! So when will you test for your black belt? Upper body strength was a real challenge for me to..but I started with a personal trainer at the end of December and it has made a world of difference!

this is exactly how I feel..it is something I can do for years to come! i wa in the same boat as you when I started..I was so out of shape but have made so much progress..although I still can't do more than 20 push ups!
