You could definitely lose weight by doing the things you are already doing combined with a good diet. Hope he likes chicken. Throw some chicken breast in a crockpot for about 6 hours.. Shreds so easily.. He can make sandwiches, tacos, all types of things.

The $5 foot long is what gets me. I'll usually share or still get the 6 inch since a footlong can have a lot of calories depending on the meat.

Went on a fast where I could have nothing but water.. The day it was lifted I drank a coke. Haven't had a one since the super bowl. Sweet tea is my guilty pleasure but that's my only sugar for the day but I try not to drink too much of it. Felt that I lost a lot during that period of no soda. =)

Why not eat the burned calories back? You've earned them and worked hard to do so. You probably don't go out all the time, so maybe you can find something you can enjoy that's between the 800 and 249.

Just going without the meat and that includes fish. And going without bread.. Dairy products are fine! Eggs are usually what I will eat for breakfast.
