running advice please
I'm just a beginner and I want to work up to 1.5miles in under 16 minutes. Should I start by figuring out the pace and running that for a minute. body pump enough?? (help)
I just started exercising a 1.5months ago. I currently do some cardio (elliptical/treadmill/zumba) 6x a week. I also go to body pump class 3x a week to incorporate weights. I want to lose weight and also tone. Should I keep with the body pump or find some other weight lifting routine? Any suggestions or advice?

protein help
My protein goal says 57 but I'm always over it by a lot. I eat a lot of salads and veggies but since I'm concerned that I'm taking in too much protein I'm not getting enough calories. Any suggestion? Just gettin back to logging and I can't remember how to hit most goals together

Need advice about transitioning.
Have had my calories set to 1200 a day but now I feel that I no longer losing weight. Wanting to maintain my current wait but also going on vacation. Should i set my new calorie goal a little under maintanence so that I don't gain during my vacay?

Having trouble hitting 1200 a day. I've lost weight but the 1200 calorie goal is hard for me being a student and on the go. if youre going to use mayo ...what kind to use?
Can't give up my tuna fish sandwiches. I don't like miracle whip and light mayo :( I'm not a fan. Recently I've been using a tbsp of regular and a tbsp of light ..but I feel that's tbsp of regular will be my downfall.. any suggestions on mayo substitutes that still taste like regular?

I miss my high school days, basketball, volleyball , and soccer teams each school year. Now I'm out of breath instantly. I'd like to get my fitness back to the point I can enjoy playing sports again. What motivates you?

I've been using MFP for the last 25 days, but for 14 days I stopped eating meat and bread as a fast. Now that the fast is over I'm lost. It's easier to pick up spontaneous foods than it was before.
