Any advice about cooking for one. I see a bunch of tasty looking recipes but it's just little ol me to eat it. (i dont want to eat it all)
Any help on scaling down recipes and counting the calories..

I break down meats and fish into 1 portion size and freeze. I buy frozen veggies and only use what I need. I buy only enough fresh veggies that I know I can eat in a week. If I make pasta, rice or potatoes I only make a serving. If you use jared Pasta sauce it can be frozen into serving size containers. As for recipes; I don't make large amounts unless I am having company. If you have a recipe you want to try make sure you can freeze the left overs so you don't waste or eat too much. Here is a site for recipes for one. But there are others if you search "Cooking for one or Recipes for one".
