I love the tuna, mayo, sweet relish mixture but with diced onions added. Had one yesterday on a wrap. If you're going low carb do lettuce wraps or a salad. Super quick and delicious. Packed with protein.

Try a thermos and make food the day before in a crockpot or week before (a lot of meals freeze well). Saves on time and they can eat something super delicious. Spaghetti, chicken and rice, soup, leftovers..etc. saves money in the long run too

Hide the veggies in spaghetti sauce. Peanut butter and celery? Hummus and veggies? I made a veggie lasagna the other day. I chopped the mushrooms up so finely you couldn't even taste they were there

If you share what little things you do like to eat, it would be easier for people to help you with ideas. There's nothing wrong with having food preferences.

You can freeze the chicken breasts =) So at least those can be salvaged.
-
Do you have a crockpot? There's so much you could make with it and you wouldn't need to touch a stove at all.

Crock pot. Chicken breasts and bbq sauce. 3 hours on High or 5.5 on low. Shred. eat on salads, with eggs, potatoes, on a bun etc

If I add a flavor packet to the water does it still count ?

Lunch pulled bbq chicken (made in crockpot the day before chicken breasts plus bbq sauce on high for 3.5 hours then shred or low 6 hours) I like it on a salad or on a bun (depends on your carbs ) you could do whatever sides you like (baked potato, sweet potato, rice, quinoa, etc) The bbq also works great in an omelette

The other day I made shredded beef for tacos. I put some beef in my burrito (eggs, spinach, tomato, green pepper, onion) with some salsa and guac on the side

I haven't been able to exercise regularly either and it can definitely be frustrating. I calorie count and eat the things I enjoy. Last week I made an awesome lasagna and the week before pulled bbq chicken. Would you be able to cook things that you like?

Invest in a crockpot. They require little to no skill to cook with them. You can have easy delicious meals and save time. :) last week I made pulled bbq chicken which was awesome for sandwiches and salads. I also made shredded beef for burrito bowls, tacos, and taco salads. The crockpot will change your life. I wish…

Crockpot pulled bbq chicken Crockpot chicken tacos Both of those are great to use on salads as well as bread/shells Plus if your short on time before work or don't like to be in the kitchen long you can throw the ingredients in the pot and it'll be ready hours later
