Fav recipes you use with the george foreman

Seached from some meals that people cook using their george foreman.. but couldnt find much that actually had the calorie count. Im new to the machine so I need a little help.

I have no idea other than grilling just basic chicken and beef... My in laws got us one for Christmas and I really have no idea what to do with it.

i use my george foreman grill almost every day.. i grill all my meats on it as opposed to an outdoor grill. you can grill on it like you do your outdoor grill. i make turkey burgers, chicken, pork loin ,turkey bacon ,ect.. it drains all the fat out while cooking as opposed to the meat cooking in its own fat in a frying or baking pan.
