Recently I've been drinking entirely too much sweet tea but that's going to stop. What do you drink other than water that's not full of sugar?

I recently kicked a soda habit and since I'm a full time college kid (I dont really consider it "full time" 15 units twice a week lol) I am a slave to coffee because of the comfort it gives me. I recently started drinking green tea. But the only time I EVER drink diet coke (or any diet soda) is with my captain morgan lol
I also like crystal light.0 -
Coffee, Tea, Beer, Bourbon0

I still have a cup of milk or juice or a diet pop.

Water, plain Iced tea and diet pop (but I try to only drink these when I really feel like I need something sweet.0

I like watered down lemonade, or lemonade with an inch or two of sprite... probably not the BEST...but tastes really good
Also I know it's hard to transition to nonsweet tea, but it's not that bad-- especially if it's hot. Or use splenda...
I'm a HUGE fan of the little crystal light packets they are only 5-10 calories and can really make it taste like you have a DRINK.hope that helps!

Water;
different flavors of Crystal Light;
protein shakes made with either unsweet almond milk or water;
nothing carbonated, sweetened with sugar, or caffeinated...the gas in carbonated drinks makes your stomach bloated, sugar causes dumping syndrome, and caffeine will dehydrate0
