    Powerade Zeros...zero calories, and as far as I know, 0 sugars :) Also replenishes electrolytes when youre working out. I also like crystal light packets or propel packets and in bottle form.

    different flavors of Crystal Light;
    protein shakes made with either unsweet almond milk or water;
    nothing carbonated, sweetened with sugar, or caffeinated...the gas in carbonated drinks makes your stomach bloated, sugar causes dumping syndrome, and caffeine will dehydrate
