Powerade Zeros...zero calories, and as far as I know, 0 sugars
Also replenishes electrolytes when youre working out. I also like crystal light packets or propel packets and in bottle form.

I drink lots of Crystal Light! they have tons of great flavors but my favorite is the mojito!0

nothing carbonated, sweetened with sugar, or caffeinated...the gas in carbonated drinks makes your stomach bloated, sugar causes dumping syndrome, and caffeine will dehydrate0 -

Cocoa with stevia
Water with only a pinch of powdered suger-free drink
